The Process

I wake up at 3:15 in the morning and have coffee whilst brainstorming and jotting down ideas. I consider the musculoskeletal impairments, goals, and particular phase(s) associated with each of my clients over the next several days, which inevitably leads to planning and testing, and I subsequently bring some variation of that process to all of you. Here’s an example of me planning my time with you sans cosmetics and civilian clothing. Your trainer, before the ideas resemble any degree of organization, uncut.
